Target: cross-language voice conversion across French and Japanese
Strategy:
1. Recording Malorie's French voices
2. Developing conversion models from Malorie's voice to our Japanese speaker's voice using the following two methods:
- Method A: non-parallel training based on the frame alignment using Malorie's French data and our Japanese speaker's Japanese data
- Method B: unsupervised adaptation of our many-to-one EV-GMM, which converts an arbitrary speaker's voice into our Japanese speaker's voice, using Malorie's French data as adaptation data
3. Converting Malorie's French voices as if sounds like French uttered by our Japanese speaker
4. Evaluation of the above two methods
